The Legacy Fund is a long term endowment fund whose purpose is:

“To provide the Hellenic Community of Sarnia with the capability of undertaking long term capital projects and social programs such as sponsorships, grants etc. for the broader Sarnia Community”

Anyone can contribute to the fund through extraordinary charitable giving, including bequests and legacies, as well as lifetime gifts and memorial contributions.

The fund is invested, by commonly accepted principles, in both fixed income and equity securities.
A committee oversees the investment of all assets.
